Synopsis

Santana is an American rock band formed in San Francisco in 1966 by Mexican American guitarist and songwriter Carlos Santana. The band has undergone multiple recording and performing line ups in its history, with Santana the only consistent member. This broadcast collection contains recordings of a live performance at Dillon Stadium in 1973, a live broadcast recorded in San Francisco in 1975 and the band’s performance at the Rynearson Stadium that same year.
