Synopsis

The Doors were one of the most influential and controversial rock band of the 1960s. A partner in crime of America’s rebelling youth, the band drew mainstream attention primarily due to frontman Jim Morrison’s lyrics and voice, along with his reckless behavior. The latter, later on, seemed to overshadow the groups massive influence on rock music. The Doors 1969 release Morrison Hotel is considered among the greatest of all time. The album’s opener, “Roadhouse Blues” is featured on this live recording, as well as other hit songs like “Light My Fire” and “Break On Through (To The Other Side)”.
