With great pleasure we can announce that a lot of your Cult Legend favorite vinyl records are back in stock. After a delayed-production period we finally have a lot of our LP best sellers back in stock.

We are talking about AC/DC ‘Best of Live at Paradise Theater Boston 1978’, The Black Crowes ‘Live at Greek Theater 1991’, Nirvana ‘Best of Live on Air 1987’ and Prince ‘Best of Nacked In the Summertime 1990’ to name a few.

The Australian rock band AC/DC was formed in Sydney in 1973. Their music has been described as hard rock, blues rock, and, controversially heavy metal. The group have defined themselves as “a rock and roll band, nothing more, nothing less”. This record is a high quality recordings of the live FM broadcast of AC/DC at The Paradise Theatre Boston on August 21st 1978.

The Black Crowes are an American Southern rock band from Marietta, Georgia. Originally formed by brothers Chris (lead vocals) and Rich Robinson (lead guitar) in 1984 as Mr Crowe’s Garden, the group went through a series of early personnel changes before settling on a lineup including rhythm guitarist Jeff Cease, bassist Johnny Colt and drummer Steve Gorman in 1989. This live concert contains songs like ‘Twice As Hard’ and ‘Sister Luck’.

Frank Zappa was an American musician, composer, activist and filmmaker. His work is characterized by nonconformity, free-form improvisation, sound experiments, musical virtuosity, and satire of American culture. In 1975 Frank Zappa released his album Bongo Fury. It was a collaborative album with Captain Beefheart and they toured together during this year. This album is the best of their live radio broadcast in Rhode Island during this tour.

Guns N’ Roses is an American hard rock band from Los Angeles formed in 1985. This band has sold more than 100 million records worldwide, including 45 million units in the United States. This live performance has been recorded at the New York Ritz in 1988. The LP and CD features the best songs from this performance.

American Poet is an album of an early solo concert by Lou Reed, recorded live at the Hempstead Theatre, New York, on Boxing Day 1972 during the Transformer tour. Since 1989’s New York, Lou Reed has been a politically correct elder statesman of rock.  The backing band are the Tots. It features material from that album, the Velvet Underground, and his 1972 solo debut Lou Reed. The version of “Berlin” is from that debut album.

Founded in 1987 by Kurt Cobain and Krist Novoselić in Aberdeen/ Washington, Nirvana became a leading protagonist of the grunge scene with their mix of punk and heavy rock/ metal. Their session for KAOS FM at Evergreen State College in 1987 was also their first demo tape and as such, Nirvana’s first ever recording session.

Prince Rogers Nelson was an American singer, songwriter, musician, record producer, dancer, actor and filmmaker. Prince was known for his eclectic work and flamboyant stage appearances. He was also regarded as a guitar virtuoso, and he was known for his very wide and extensive vocal range. His innovative music integrated a wide variety of styles, including funk, rock, R&B, and pop. This live recording contains the hits ‘Purple Rain’, ‘1999’ and ‘Kiss’.

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers is an American rock band from Gainesville, Florida. Formed in 1976 the band originally comprised Tom Petty (lead singer, guitar), Mike Campbell (lead guitarist), Ron Blair (bass guitar), Stan Lynch (drums), and Benmont Tench (keyboards). The band was part of Southern rock but also at the forefront of the heartland rock movement.
